Description of the problem	2007 jeep wrangler with recall for brake failure. Consumer states that he finally received a recall for the faulty brakes. He would like reimbursement for the brake repair since his was fixed before the recall was sent out. kb the consumer stated the problem occurred while he was in 4-wheel drive, low range over the top of a small rise. When he attempted to brake, nothing happened, the brake pedal went all the way to the floor and the small down slope caused the consumer to speed up and hit a low set of rocks and hard dirt. The rear differential cover was leaking. The vehicle had extensive damage to the front axle and surrounding parts. Recall # 07v434000 no police report mentioned. jb
