| Description of the problem | Both front seat-belts locked up with the jeep parked. They will not unlock to allow you to buckle so that you can drive safely. We took to a jeep dealership; but they want to charge us over 500 a seat to fix- said it ran out of warranty at 60,000 miles. This makes the vehicle unsafe to drive. I feel that they may be required by you guys to cover seat-belts longer than that. I have a invoice showing that we took the jeep in and that the seat-belt retractors are stuck, but no way to upload from home. |
