Description of the problem	2007 jeep wrangler problems with engine stalling. Consumer states that in order to restart the vehicle it must be in neutral before turning the ignition switch. Consumer states she would like the vehicle replaced. kb the seat belt retractor on the drivers side failed within weeks of owning the vehicle, there was a constant rattling noise coming from the pillar area, the drivers door did not close properly. The technician used a mallet or hammer to align the door striker. The consumer had to slam the door in order for it to close properly, even though there was no certainty the door was really closed. There was a possibility that the striker on the door could collapse while the vehicle was in motion causing the door to open. The vehicle also made a rattling noise while accelerating. jb
