Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2007 jeep wrangler. The contact stated that fuel spilled out from the filler neck while refueling. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for a diagnostic test. The technician stated that the check valve in fuel tank failed and would have to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 35,500. The consumer stated the failure happened four to five times over several times, while using the auto shut off at the pump or hand filling the tank.
