| Description of the problem | This is a recurring problem that i face when i fill the vehicle up at any gas station. While filling the vehicle with gas, the auto stop clicks, and immediately the tank starts spilling gas. The gas spills out and runs down the side of the vehicle and onto the ground creating a puddle. This problem isn't attributable to trying to "top off" the tank because the by the first time the auto stop clicks, the vehicle is already pouring out gasoline. I have spoken to many other owners regarding this problem and they have said the same thing. I have investigated through nhtsa, and they have an ongoing investigation into this matter (action number : pe10032). |
