| Description of the problem | Every time i pump gas now, the pump will stop and then discharge a fairly large amount of gas. Probably around a half gallon. I feel that with these discharge of gas being every time i fill up is a safety issue and needs to be looked in to. If there is ever a spark when it discharges it will indefinitely cause a fire that has the likely hood of causing injury or death to me and whoever else is around when it happens. Also, i know that it is not only my jeep that is having the problem. My friends jeep does the same thing. He told me that one time the pump did not stop and gas was shooting from his gas tank. |
