Description of the problem	When filling the fuel tank, fuel will overflow out of the filling tube, thus causing several ounces of fuel to spill out. Thus coating the side of my jeep as well as the group with highly flammable gasoline. It doesn't seem to matter how fast or slow the tank is filled, it overflows every time. Gas also contains aromatic hydrocarbons such as benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes (btex) these chemicals are harmful to both humans and the environment.
