| Description of the problem | This is the second request i am now sending. My 2007 jeep wrangler caught on fire while driving through some brush on 10/25/2014 and was a total loss. The fire department that responded concluded that it was caused by the catalytic converter as well as my insurance company. Jeep said since i already settled with my insurance company there is nothing they will do. This is the second time i am reporting this incident to you so can someone please get back to me? |
