Description of the problem	When filling up with fuel at the gas station, when the tank gets near full, the fuel pump will shut off, but not until fuel spits back out of the fuel fill tube, out onto the outside of the jeep and into the ground. There is a lifetime warranty recall for jeep wranglers for this problem, that starts with vehicles manufactured after march 1, 2007. However, our vehicle was manufactured in november, 2006.
