| Description of the problem | While driving westbound on the highway to parumph nv the engine stalled out at approximately 65 mph. I was lucky there was no traffic going my direction and the highway way fairly straight. I was able to controll the vehicle well enough to get it to the side of the road without incident. Complete loss of power could have had tragic results under different circumstances. I'm getting rid of this death trap. This happened once before on a trip to searchlight a year ago, engine stall / roughly the same speed. The dealership that repaired it in henderson said it was a faulty maf sensor. |
