| Description of the problem | 2007 jeep wrangler. Consumer states that vehicle made a rattling noise while accelerating. She thought that her vehicle should have been included in the transmission recall. *kb the dealer recommended an engine breakdown and inspection. After the inspection of the vehicle, the consumer was informed that based on the inspection report, the repair of the engine was denied. The consumer stated he was accused of negligence by means of improper/insufficient lubrication which resulted in engine failure due to lack of oil, despite providing sufficient evidence of proper vehicle maintenance. *jb |
