Description of the problem	2007 jeep wrangler. Letter from congressman israel on behalf of constituent requesting assistance in recovering financial damages she incurred when the jeep dealership refused to honor the warranty (full document not imaged) tgw the consumer stated her son drove through some water on a local road, not aware that any problems occurred. When he arrived home, a friends truck would not start, so the consumers son gave the friends vehicle a jump, in the middle of the jump, the vehicle suddenly stopped running.
