| Description of the problem | I had previously had my clockspring replaced twice per chrysler and fought to get reimbursed. Now, my cruise control is not functioning which pertains to the clockspring. I'm concerned that the clockspring is compromised and will eventually fail as the previous two have. A faulty clockspring is a safety issue as it determines whether or not the airbag will discharge. It is a continuing concern. |
