Description of the problem	In december 2007 i was sitting in my 2006 jeep wrangler x in my driveway with my defroster on when about 5 minutes later i heard a popping noise like when you put ice in a glass and it starts to get hot. I look around and noticed a crack in my windshield coming from under the bottom seal. I called my dealership which they told me it was probably a chip that expanded. I brought it down and fought with the service manager that this should have not happened even if there was a chip in the window because every car that has a chip and turns their defroster on should do the same thing. The dealership told me i had to pay for the window and that it might happen again. The insurance i have covered my window and now again i looked the other day and i have another crack on the new window. Not very happy with this car.
