Description of the problem	Vehicle was involved in a very serious accident that resulted in the vehicle rolling 4 times. The airbags did not deploy on impact which resulted in the driver sustaining multiple broken bones in the face. Then, during the first roll, the driver was ejected due to a faulty seat belt latch which resulted in very serious critical injuries including a broken back. If these safety features would have worked, the driver would not be in the situation that she is in and suffering through lots of pain and life changing injuries.
