Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2006 jeep wrangler. On june 8, 2010 while driving 50 mph, the vehicle started shaking violently and the brakes began to malfunction causing the contact to crash into a ditch. He managed to drive the vehicle out of the ditch since the vehicle was equipped with four wheel drive. The contact stated that he was familiar with the 2006 chrysler brake recall. The vehicle was driven to the dealer and an appointment was scheduled on the day that the complaint was filed. The dealer told him that they would inspect the brakes, rotors, calipers, and replace any parts and if there was an existing recall that chrysler would reimburse him for the parts; however, they have not been notified of a brake recall. The chrysler manufacturer had not been notified. The vin was rejected from the system. The failure and current mileages were 55,700.
