Description of the problem	Hello my name is [xxx]. I have a 2006 wrangler unlimited jeep vin: [xxx] which will start with the clutch out and the transmission in gear. This has been this way since i bought it in 2010. This notice is the 3rd one for me. The previous two i took to central dodge in raynham, ma when at both times would contact me when they have the required parts. They still to this day have not contacted me at all. I have never had any recall problem with any vehicle that i have ever owned except for this one. I am at a loss as to what to do next so this is why i am writing to you now.
