| Description of the problem | When i fueled the vehicle and it became full, the fuel would spray back out of the filler spout as the nozzle shut off automatically. It has continued doing this until present. I asked the dealership where i bought the vehicle at about the problem. They did not know what was causing the problem. They said they could take the tank off and check it out but i would have to pay for it. I decided to just put up with it. I listen to the fuel as i fill it and shut it off manually when it sounds like it is about full. This keeps it from spraying fuel back out the filler neck most of the time. |
