| Description of the problem | My 2006 jeep wrangler tj spills fuel when the gas tank is filled completely, enough to cover the rear corner and leave a medium sized puddle underneath the vehicle. I use ethanol free gasoline. The vehicle has not been treated poorly, and all of the components are oem. I've researched this problem in your data base and have found over 300 complaints for my model year alone that match. I've been a firefighter for 12 years, so i know when a problem can be serious, and this is one. I've looked online and there are people hacking in parts from other manufacturers to fix this, however i'm not comfortable with this idea. |
