Description of the problem	1. Failure apparent since beginning of ownership. 2. Fuel spills out of gas tank upon filling the gas tank in a normal fashion. Failure occurs every time gas tank is filled completely. Gas spills out of tank, over the outside of the vehicle, and on to the ground at the gas pump. 3. No attempts to correct failure at this point.
