Description of the problem	Fuel blows out from the gasoline fill tube, runs down the outside of the vehicle and spills onto the pavement every time vehicle is refueled. Sometimes the fuel blows out with such force it splashes onto whoever is holding the nozzle. The pump nozzle will shut off as the tank is filled but fuel will simultaneously blow out of the fill tube. It does not matter which gas station is used, it happens at every gas station, and has happened in several states. This vehicle has not been modified in any way and has not been in a collision or damaged in any way. The dealer suggested replacing the tank at my expense, but would not guarantee that even complete replacement would correct the problem.
