Description of the problem	During refueling - the tank fills up fine except for the "final" moment. At the time a normal system registers "full" the refueling handle will click "off" and stop the fuel flow into the filler neck. In my instance, the refueling handle does click/shut off, but about a pint of fuel spits out onto the side of the vehicle and the ground. I have attempted many different methods, i. E. Repositioning the refueling handle, filling fast or slow, different grades of fuel, different gas stations and even different stations in different states. The only thing that seemed to help was using a fuel additive every 2nd fill up, but the problem always resurfaces. Through research, the general public seems to suspect a faulty "roll over valve" which can only be replaced by replacing the fuel tank.
