| Description of the problem | When pumping gas in my 2006 wrangler the pump doesn't cut off and it overflows everytime i fill up. The first couple of times i got gas on my clothes, shoes, the ground, and the jeep. Now i stand back and try to listen and manually cut the pump off, but fairly often it still shoots gas back out(about half a gallon if i didn't pay attention like the first time). After doing research, the only solution i can find is replacing the gas tank with another doomed to fail tank. |
