Description of the problem	When filling gas tank, fuel splashes back out of fill pipe. It doesn't matter how fast or slow the tank is filled, or what position the fill nozzle is placed in the fill opening, it splashes back out of the fill pipe, covering the side of the vehicle, as well as the person filling if standing too close. I see this as a very dangerous situation, as static electricity could easily ignite the fuel in this scenario. I've read on jeep blogs that the cure is to replace the fuel tank due to a defective valve in the tank at the cost of over $900. But unfortunately the replacement tank is just another defective tank, as there is not an updated unit available, thus setting up another future failure.
