Description of the problem	When filling the gas tank, the shutoff valve to prevent fuel overflow does not appear to work properly and the result is that fuel overflows from the filler neck and runs all over the vehicle and ground. This happens every time it's filled up regardless of how quickly or slowly i regulate the flow of fuel into the tank.
