| Description of the problem | On my 2005 jeep wrangler gas over flows out of the fill tube every time i gas up. I have used many different gas stations with the pumps at many different speeds. No matter what i do, the gas always overflows when i gas up. It has done this since i purchase the jeep 3 years ago. I would estimate about a quart of gasoline splashes out all over me, my jeep, and on the ground. This is a serious fire and safety hazard. Some thing needs to be done. When i leave the gas station there is a visible puddle of gasoline on the ground because the fuel backstop valve in the jeep does not stop the gas from splashing out. |
