Description of the problem	I purchased a used 2005 jeep wrangler with 17,000 miles. When i filled the tank, gas would gush out of the filler and splash all over the side of the vehicle. I had the vehicle repaired under warranty (new fuel tank), which did correct the problem. Now, at just over 51,000 miles, the problem has returned. Every time i fill the vehicle, this dangerous fuel spill occurs. I live in a very dry (low humidity) climate, and it is very common to get static discharge when touching any conductive surface. I am fearful that i am going to experience a vehicle fire if this situation continues. I can not understand how this problem has not caused a recall to correct the defect.
