Description of the problem	2005 jeep wrangler has fuel spillover about 9 out of 10 times i fill up the gas tank whether or not i "hand pump" the fuel. There have been no modifications made to this vehicle. This problem has been occurring since november 2009. Fuel spills down the side of the vehicle, sometimes on me (oh, and i'm pregnant), and on the ground. Various approaches to filling the tank have been made, but nothing seems to alleviate the problem.
