Description of the problem	1) when filling gas tank with nozzle correctly inserted into fuel tank filler, the gas will overflow out of tank before nozzle shuts off. Gasoline then spills all over the vehicle and on the tarmac. Creating a fire hazard. 2) this occurs 90% of the time i gas up. Every time it leaves a puddle of gas at the station and my vehicle is covered with gas as well. 3) so far i have not performed any service to correct failure.
