Description of the problem	I had my fuel tank replaced by jeep a little over 2 years ago for the "roll over valve" problem - faulty fuel tank design that jeep refuses to acknowledge that its a common problem. As well as a safety and environmental hazard -- every time the gas pump clicks off, fuel violently shoots all over the paint, ground, and my person. The replacement tank has started doing this again after maybe 20,000 miles! Jeep replaced a faulty, hazardous part with another. This is an outrage that every time i go to the gas station i have to worry about fuel shooting all over the place, its embarrassing as well. I made an nhtsa complaint the first time but i am making another since the replacement part is doing the exact same thing!
