Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2005 jeep wrangler. There was an excessive amount of fuel spillage coming from the fuel tank. The contact stated that the failure occurred whenever he was dispensing fuel into the fuel tank, with a response of fuel spraying out of the tank. The failure continued for a couple of seconds when the fuel tank reached full capacity. The vehicle has not been repaired for the malfunction at this time. The failure mileage was 40,000. Updated 3/17/10 cn the consumer stated it happened at every fill-up. Fuel will spill on the ground. The fuel dispenser will shut off when the tank is full, but fuel still sprays out.
