| Description of the problem | Exhaust manifold cracked in several places with only 56k on jeep. Dealer says there was no special warranty for this part, but was plenty aware of the high incidence of failure with this part. Independent mechanics shop that repaired my jeep said that his friends shop has repaired several hundred of the same vehicle as mine, just in the orlando florida area. This part should be recalled, dangerous fumes from this obviously defective part could leak into cabin of jeep, possibly knocking out the driver.*jb |
