Description of the problem	Traveling approx 15-20 mph down hill at medium grade in rush hour traffic, had to make an emergency stop, stamped both feet on clutch and brake firmly with out let up... Brake physically fought back not allowing brake to fully depress or catch and allowed vehicle to continue forward, only fully depressing once had crashed into vehicle in front of me. This vehicle has had a recall on it with electronic control module issues in the brakes, was taken to dealership and reprogrammed approximately two months prior to incident.
