Description of the problem	Fuel spit back issue! I recently just bought this jeep from a local dealer that first night while leaving the dealership i went to fill up my tank. The dealership doesn't fill up your tank if you buy a used car. While standing and waiting for the pump nozzle to stop i did what i usually do and waited by the fuel nozzle. After the fuel nozzle clicked letting me know that the tank was full and upon taking out the fuel pump nozzle i noticed that about 3/4 of a quart of gas poured out all over my shoes. At first i didn't mind this but after a few times of refueling to full this happens every time! It seems as if there is pressure in the tank that builds up and is not released during filling. Each and every time i put gas in and pump until full also it doesn't matter if the fuel pump is on high pressure or low pressure. Gas pours out!
