| Description of the problem | Upon driving my 2007 jeep sahara i hit a bump in road, the entire front end started shaking, the tires bouncing from center line to side line. I applied brakes and had to come to a complete stop before it quit. I went to jeep dealer they advised "the brake rotors need turned" i laughed and did as they asked and got new brakes and new shock stabilizer. It is now december 2012 and it has occurred again 3 times after hitting a bump in the road. I would like for something to be done about this and solution discovered because it seems that chrysler does not believe there is a problem and the service centers are telling people that "its the brakes" this is laughable. |
