Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2007 jeep wrangler sahara. When the contact engaged the accelerator pedal driving various speeds including approximately 50 mph, the vehicle failed to move forward although the rpms continued to increase. The transmission failed whenever the vehicle was driven for more than 45 minutes or an hour. The dealer attempted to diagnose the failure on 12 occasions. Eventually, the contact was unable to shift into reverse gear. The dealer flushed the transmission and made other adjustments including rebuilding the transmission. The failure no longer occurred while driving in reverse; however, the vehicle intermittently failed to accelerate normally. She called the manufacturer who stated that they were unable to offer any assistance. She also wrote them a letter regarding the failure. The current mileage was approximately 25,170.
