Description of the problem	I have recently purchased this vehicle and while refueling my jeep the pump wouldn't shut off on its own until a pint to quart of fuel spilled out of the inlet. This has happened every time i put fuel in the vehicle. Now i listen to the inlet to hear it coming to the top and when it's almost full i stop the flow, but i still end up covered in fuel which burns the skin and is harmful to the environment. I am on an army base so secondary containment is extremely important and every time i fill up i have to put a mat under my fuel inlet.
