Description of the problem	When filling the gas tank as the tank reaches it's full point the fuel will spew out, spilling fuel over my hand and down the vehicle. This is not from over fueling; it will happen whether i use the latch on the gas pump handle or not. It began happening randomly but as time passes it happens with nearly every refueling. I've taken it to the dealership when it first happened (while under warranty) and they could not replicate the problem and thus sent me on my way. It has continued to happen since, getting progressively worse.
