Description of the problem	When filling the vehicle up at a gas station an excessive amount of fuel will kick back out of the tank and get on the individual, the vehicle and the ground. This happens when it nears a full tank. I had the same issue on a 2007 that was recalled by chrysler, but they tell me that they will not cover the 2009. This condition is significantly worse than my old 2007 and poses as a serious safety concern.
