| Description of the problem | The speed control failed, shortly after that the airbag warning light illuminated. Jeep service had to replace the clock spring to fix the issues. The airbag warning light was intermittent, it would eliminate whenever the stirring wheel was turned and then reset shortly after returning to center. If any force was applied to the stirring wheel i. E. Gently pulling on it or pushing on it it would also cause the airbag warning light to illuminate. The speed control failure was complete. It would not activate at all after failure. |
