| Description of the problem | We own a 2008 jeep wrangler sahara, noticed a crack at top of windshield when getting into the vehicle. We have been having subzero temps, also there are no signs of anything that may have hit the windshield (ex. Rock, etc). After checking it, my first thought was that it looked like a stress crack, because of the location and way the crack looked, it was about 3" long and vertical, and of course its now spreading. After checking online, there are a lot of reviews with the same problem on jeeps. One review suggested filing a complaint on this site, so that's what im doing and going to call chrysler in the morning. Not expecting them to do anything about it, but if there are enough complaints, maybe it will set off a recall. |
