| Description of the problem | I have a 2008 jeep wrangler unlimited(4-door model) it is a half door, not long after buying new my half doors started leaking, so went into shop 4 times, was fixed for almost a year now leaking very badley again! Called jeep they want me to pay to fix their flawed design! Driving down interstate there is a 2 inch gap that opens up at highway speeds! And when it rains it comes right inside, hitting you in the face! Which to me is a big safety issue, since i wear contacts really bad! And i have done research online at jeep forums and this seems to be a common problem with the 4 door half doors.. So why should i have to pay for something they should recall? So please look into this issue for me.... [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6). |
