| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2008 jeep wrangler 4-dr 4x4. The contact was driving approximately 60 mph over an uneven road surface when the front end began shaking violently. The failure progressed into an ongoing occurrence for approximately six weeks when driving 40 mph and above over any uneven road surface. The contact was unable to locate any reason for the failure by visually inspecting the vehicle. He then called the manufacturer and was advised to take the vehicle to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The manufacturer did not provide any assistance because the vehicle was no longer under factory warranty. The failure mileage was 33,650 and the current mileage was 40,000. |
