| Description of the problem | Vehicle's transmission inconsistently shifts from first gear to neutral from a standing stop to acceleration. Force of the vehicle coming out of gear is so great that it feels as if a collision has occurred from behind. On several occasions of these occurrences the vehicle has entered into an intersection causing a deceleration and subjecting the vehicle and occupants to oncoming traffic. This was first reported to the dealer in december of 2009. Dealer reported the problem could not be duplicated and the problem was never addressed. |
