Description of the problem	While starting in 1st gear from a stopped position or down shifting while moving the synchronizer will make the shifter slam out of gear, even when you hold the shifter in first , it will slam your hand back. Will do it in the middle of a turn after you start moving in 1st gear or trying to put it in 1st gear. Has had problem since first received the vehicle but each time the dealer looked at it they could not find a problem. Its just a matter of time before the vehicle gets hit from this mechanical issue. Chrysler needs to recall it. There are other jeeps out there with the same issue. Happens sporadically.
