Description of the problem	When fueling the vehicle a large amount of fuel overflows from the fuel receptacle 1-2 seconds after the pump cuts the flow of fuel. This happens every time the vehicle is filled and has occurred using in excess of 20 different fueling stations. Fuel spills down the side of the vehicle and onto the ground. This creates a safety hazard.
