Description of the problem	When fuel tank is filled, as soon as the fuel pump nozzle "clicks" off (indicating the gas tank is full, several ounces of gasoline "spits" out. It spits out in a fashion to directly land on the shoes and/or pants leg of the person operating the fuel pump. This occurs on the first click (as opposed to those situations that occur when someone is "topping off" the gas tank). It occurs on every fuel tank fillup, except in those situations where the gas pump operates notably slower than most service stations. The amount of gasoline that ends up on the ground is typically at least 2 or more feet in diameter. The dealer has acknowledged that these fuel tanks do not vent properly and that caused the problem. Many you tube videos demonstrating the problem. Environmental - raw gasoline dispensed on the ground personal - raw gasoline on clothing/skin, with issues of strong gasoline odor in passenger compartment safety - potential disastrous issues if spark were to occur.
