| Description of the problem | The last three times i have filled my tank with gas it has spit a quart or so of gasoline back out all over the vehicle, ground and me. This occurred at three different gas stations at three different times of the day and after different driving patterns. About 1 second after the gas pump automatically shuts off, gas spits out from the fuel tank. I took it to the dealership and they said they have never heard of this before and that they could not duplicate the problem. This is not only an inconvenience, it is a definite safety hazard! |
