Description of the problem	I am the owner of a 2008 jeep wrangler unlimited. For the last 6 or more months now, the jeep is having a fuel filling issue. When filling the gas tank of the jeep, you can never do it without the gasoline gushing out at the end. Regardless if you pump it manually or automatically, it does it. This is a very dangerous situation in addition to cause hazmat spill (gasoline). At first i thought it was that specific gas pump and/or gas station. This is not the case as it happens anywhere and everywhere. I decided to investigate the issue by doing search on the internet and found out that it is a very common issue that it is well known by all parties and still, nothing has been done to resolve it. The quality party is the roll over check valve which adds a another safety issue to it. This valve is built in into the tank and thus, the whole tank must be replace and the issue will still be back in most cases. Jeep needs to re-design the valve to fix the problem rather than just postpone it by changing the gas tank.
