Description of the problem	When filling up my 2008 wrangler rubicon unlimited with fuel, it does not allow any pump to automatically shut off on time therefore it causes a good amount of fuel to spill out every time. No matter how fast or slow you are pumping. This could make for a dangerous situation as well as have a bunch of fuel spills which cant be good in the eyes of the epa. Seems to be a very common problem with several late model wranglers as evident by personal experience and many, many post on jeep wrangler forums. Took it to the dealership, and of course they couldn't replicate the problem so they couldn't fix it. From what i've read on forums it seems that the only fix is to change out the fuel tank, which apparently has a faulty valve inside. This issue has been going on for quite some time. I bought the vehicle new and it currently only has 13,400 miles. Some people have reported them doing this in the very first fill on their new vehicles.
